You will receive Gameforge Live together with Gameforge's client games.
Can I install Gameforge Live on my Mac or Linux machine?
Gameforge Live is currently only available for Windows, but as soon as Gameforge games are available for Mac OS or Linux, so too will a corresponding version of Gameforge Live.
Do I have to install Gameforge Live to be able to play one of Gameforge's games?
It makes the download, the installation and the patching of the game much easier. Even launching the game afterwards can be done from Gameforge Live. You will only have to install it once to do all this.
How does Gameforge Live affect my system performance?
As a general rule, Gameforge Live has no negative effect on system performance; rather it makes it possible for you to start playing straight away.
Why does Gameforge Live load so slowly on my computer?
It can be possible that you are currently downloading many or large files on to your computer (for example via a torrent). Pause the download of these files or wait until they have been completed. After that you should be able to enjoy Gameforge Live at a more convenient speed.
If you use the Avira Antivir WebGuard, this can cause significant delays when accessing websites from within Gameforge Live. Add an exception to be able to use Gameforge Live normally.
